The new emerging name in SE is nothernlight. It is now well seen in the web.
Anyone please give information about this eingine.

Well, they have been around for quite a few years now. Only recently have they started to be used by other se's for results. Those se's get paid by NL to show results. All of the information is paid for by the searcher. You cannot submit to NL anymore as they add content to the database as they find it. Don't think you can do anything at this point. Maybe you can suggest content to them, but not sure about that.

NorthernLight used to be a public search engine and recently stopped doing that (although apparently you can still search them to a certain extent). They have many "special" articles and information you can't get elswehere, but they charge you to read this content. You can subscribe to them for a certain fee, I believe, and read whatever you want. But they don't simply have other Web sites listed there, it's more of a content kind of engine now, for research and education I think.
