I don't know exactly but he might had told that TB PR going to update at end of each month. is it true? As i found BL updates every 15 days of interval.
BTW, what is REAL PR? How can I check It?

You have to work for Google to see the real PR.

If you want to check exactly what he said, read it directly on his blog; otherwise this is how crazy rumours start.

Trust me.. you will know when your web site has a pretty good real PR. :p

I run tests in the SERP's on web sites to see how much Google values there authority (real PR) status, I don't take much notice if anything on the toolbar changes. I would say if you really want to see if your web site is valued a fair bit by Google, create a new page and send it live on your web site (hang the link off the index page of your site) & see how long it takes to get indexed with fresh tags.

See how long Google takes to crawl it & position it in the result for it's keyword phrases that your are targeting with the page. I see this as the true indicator of the value that Google puts on your web site.

P.s. bragging rights :) My record is about 3 hours from deployment to indexing and actual positioning under quality keywords. Just yesterday morning at 6am I sent live 2 new pages on one of my quality web sites, by lunch time they were ranked on G! :happy: I'm sure someone can of course top that!

My Aunt's thread I started in here was indexed and ranked on her name in less than one hour. :)

Something I wrote in here was showing in Google only 11 minutes later. I saw it when I was looking for something else on that same topic... no idea how long Google had already been showing it by the time I noticed it, so it could have been a lot less than that.
