Is this MSN bot, or a Microsoft employee?

I'm seeing:65.55.109.211
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.2; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)

in Who's Online on one of my forums with a strong interest on a member I banned a while back. Whois shows the IP belongs to Microsoft/msnbot/MSN Search. I thought MSN bot was supposed to identify itself???

I saw an Ip similar from Google in the past. Didn't really id itself as Googlebot though. Was something to do with after setting up Adwords account, me thinks. Not that unusual these days..
