Hello,
Has anyone ever used the business.com ppc ads? If so, do you think it has a good conversion rate? Do you think it is more valuable or less valuable than Google Adwords?
Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have used it (many others as well) and it's not a patch on Google Adwords. While the prices are lower, they generate just above ZIP traffic.

Traffic generated and conversion rates are two different things.
I don't have any experience with business.com. In the past I have used a lot of 2nd tier PPC engines. In my experience the cost was cheap. The cost per click was cheap compared to Google, and back then Overture. On the other hand I saw very few conversions from the 2nd tier engines.
Even if your only spending $25.00 per month if that expenditure does not produce any income, over a period of time it becomes expensive.
The only way to know for sure what your experience will be with any PPC program is to try it.

Traffic generated and conversion rates are two different things.
Not when you get no traffic. Both are then zero.
However, no one-size will fit all. The ONLY way to find for sure is to try it. I would guess the most competitive keywords/phrases are quite cheap in the current economic climate.
Google Adwords will allow you to do MANY things no other PPC can offer.
