Just on MSNBC news. The appeals court judge just denied Microsoft's appeal of the ruling of the lower court that says they acted as a monopoly.

The judge also denied the governments appeal about the lower courts ruling to Not break up Microsoft.

So, the whole thing IS going back down to the lower court with a brand new judge and a re-trial.

Oh great, that means we have to listen to this for another year. I am far from a MickySoft fan, but if you are going to cry monopoly, take a look at Apple. This whole anti-trust thing is getting very old very fast.

I understand what started all of this. IE distroyed Netscape. That pissed me off too, but lets get real here.

What exactly is the government trying to prove? This whole thing is only going to increase the cost of MS software.

Lets be honest here, does anyone really think that we would be where we are today in the world of computers and internet if MS wasn't the way it is? Some prices are high, yes, but take a look at other software. It is just as high or higher. So I really don't see MS inflating the prices.

Mr. Bill has developed some terrible OS. When was the last time that one of these judges used a windows pc? If they used one, then they would know that there is really no need for this. The OS doesn't work!!! :bouncy:

Ok, I am done with my ranting now. I just had to get that off my chest. Not that anyone really cares what I think, but I said it anyway.

Well, if you think that Billy-Bob Gates should be allowed to own both Boardwalk AND ParkPlace, well...then you've got another thing comin'

Hmm...what's that? Oh...I was just informed by my 8 year old son that you're talking about something else here.

Nevermind...

Too late Webby, Billy Bob has owned both for many years. He isn't planning on giving either up. Hell and on top of they, he also owns that Game of Mac, ummmm I mean Life. This man has his hands in way too many companies.:hit:
