KartOO SA was created in 2001 and is the new designation of the Alcyon Interactive company. It is the outcome of three years of research carried out by Laurent Baleydier and his team...
Their research focused on the optimization of systems that collect, analyse, organize and release structured and unstructured data as well as on graphic interfaces and their ergonomics...
Supported by Anvar, their research resulted in the development of KartOO technology, which allows you to:
- simultaneously question a number of information sources when launching a search,
- compile search results,
- sort and classify various items of information according to their actual relevance to the query,
- give an overall view of the different topics related to the request,
- visualise the semantic links which relate the various items of information to each other,
- represent information using a cartographic interface.
Thanks to the use of an intuitive interface, KartOO technology does not require any prior knowledge and you can access all the different functions simply by using buttons or icons.

Love their graphic interface !! Will this be the "new kid on the block?"
Of course it DID impress when my own site appeared at the centre of the graphic after I typed in my main keywords with lines linking out to related topics .
