I was wondering does Teoma crawl websites and find new ones to index. In other words can you get into Teoma without paying for express submission, and how long does it take?

As per my experiences, at present teoma does not index free submission, u can get listed in teoma database through paid inclusion service http://ask.ineedhits.com/

If your site present in the database of teoma, your ranking get fluctuate on the basis of their algo.

And they said that their is no garuntee to come top even using their paid service, your site must full fill the crieteria of their algo also.

I paid to get a site into Teoma. Realistically, if Teoma becomes so selective as to only include paid sites, do they really have a future or are they headed to search engine hell?
