In another thread Doug had this to say:We all know that the engines get millions of submissions per day
Now this got me to thinking (I know, a dangerous action  ). Anyhoo, I wonder if there are statistics anywhere that tell us when the most submissions through to the least submissions are made to the SE's?
Following through on this thought, I wondered if it actually made a difference as to when one submitted, ie. is it better to submit on a day when the least amount of people are submitting?
Or for that matter, has anyone seen a difference as to when they submitted? For example, say one notices that the spiders are active....should one submit at that time?
Does anyone have comments on this? Was this thought an excercise in futility?
