co-op script needed!~

I am trying to start an advertising co-op. What I am looking for is a script that will show one of several hundred url's that I have stored in a text file. Now I know how to do this with like java script the problem is that I need it to show a different page everytime it is loaded, and i need it to show all pages equally. I am willing to pay for this script but if anyone knows of an open source version!!!(that would be great).

They have lots of scripts in the Perl section for displaying random content.

Thanks but I have been searching everywhere. The problem I am running into is that all the rotation scripts I can find either are for just banners and links, or the one kind of javascript I am finding that will rotate a whole webpage is completely random.
