Greetings,

I am hoping someone here has knowledge that I do not possess. I am currently in a ppc submission frenzy. I have submitted to at least 15 ppc engines. You can imagine the administration nightmare I have caused for myself. I am very careful about the money being spent, but monitoring that automatically is not a main concern of mine--no matter how long it takes, I feel much more comfortable doing it myself. What I need help with is the following.

First, I am not that computer literate. Much better than average, but not enough so that I can figure out an easy way to solve my problem. I have 15 "keyword lists" for a number of reasons, a few including some se's will accept terms that others will not, and sometimes I'll think of new terms when submitting to se 10 that I did not think of when doing se 1. In addition, as of yet i have no automatic way to "sumbit" these terms. My list currently (all are for the same site) contains around 700-1000 terms. Some se's allow me to send a huge text list in and they put it up for me, others allow me to paste this list in and choose "1st place" (or whatever place), and there are a few I must submit each one by itself. Doing this 1,000 times per engine doesn't make much sense.

So, I was wondering:

1. Is there a way I can creat a "master list", that will help me filter out words that are already being used? That is, help me figure out which words are missing from Search Engine 1 which has 700 terms, and Search Engine 2 which only has 640 terms? Or the opposite, 1 = 700, 2 = 760. So, in the end I develop a Master List?

2. Is there an easy way to submit to each and all of the engines? For instance, will they ALL accept an Excel Spreadsheet of my terms? If so, will they accept the same spreadsheet, or will on SE require Field X, while the other doesn't?

3. Is there a way to submit all terms, to all engines, with a .txt file?

4. If anyone has ANY advice as to how I can manage this situation, I would be greatly indebted. Right now I'm viewing the terms manually, on each engine, daily. I submit words all at once, but have not figured out a good way to add single (or small group of) words when I think of them. Basically, EVERYTHING I do is manual, and I'm overwhelmed. 7Search has a great feature where I can just paste everything into a text box and hit submit, duplicate terms are deleted and the terms are up live, but the other sites do not offer this. Or do they and I just don't know it? Or they do, but its via an excel spreadsheet?

Thanks greatly in advance to anyone that can help.

Regards,

Mike

Welcome to the forums Mike! :hi:

Wow, how do you have time to run your business and help clients? lol

I have no idea what your answer is as I never use ppc engines. Have you contacted each one to ask them what the best way is for that engine? Most should be responsive as you are giving them lots of money every month.

Have you ever thought about getting ranked for free? It seems you are spending a whole lot of time and money on this and that some of it could be spent in other areas.

Maybe others in here who use ppc can help you further.
