Netscape Search Seems Dead

geezee, check out the ODP dump results on Netscape. Top ten. Maybe this is a reason no one seems to search from there anymore?

Actually, Doug, I don't have a problem with those results. The first site on there might be quite useful. Okay, it hasn't brought up searchenginewatch, your site or any of the usual suspects, but it is relying on ODP data. I did some other searches and the results seemed relevant to the term searched, as are the results you pointed out so I have no complaints (mind you if I optimized for 'search engine optimization' I may have a different view)

Not one single top ten site has anything to do with the search engines or submissions or optimization or anything of the sort.

I just clicked on the link again, NOW I am getting ALL relevant results. My oh my. Must have been a glitch.



I just clicked a third time and am getting a "maintenance" page. They are having problems which explains things.
