I have had an AdWords campaigne since April this year, but it does not seem to drive a lot of traffic to my site.
On average, I get 70 hits a day, but only 30% from Google. What am I doing wrong?
Feedback anyone?

Welcome to the forums Ros Mari :hi:
I tried looking at your site yesterday and it was down. I tried again this morning and it was still down. It appears you have a problem with your host.
Google will still send visitors your way, whether or not your site is accessible to those visitors. So your low visitor numbers could be attributed to the fact that your site was regularly unavailable.
30% of hits from Google is OK - maybe even high. Where do your other hits come from?
Assuming your site is available and you have the budget, you might target either or both of
a) more keywords
b) more popular keywords
in order to obtain more visitors from Google Adwords. Or the problem may be with the descriptions of your current Adwords listings. Maybe they aren't enticing enough or don't match the keywords well enough.

Google AdWords Select can be very tricky. There's lots to learn with it. I highly recommend that you purchase a copy of Andrew Goodman's special report on it. He explains everything you need to know to create a successful Adwords Select campaign.
You can read my review of it here. (http://www.highrankings.com/issue006.htm#seonews2)
The basics are that you need to create a compelling ad that also uses keywords you're bidding on, plus, you don't want to bid on the most popular words, but lots of the less popular words that your competition hasn't thought of.
You want to get a high clickthrough rate but not pay an arm and a leg for it!
Good luck!

Hi,
If you are using google adwords select and if your site is in accessible, then they just pause your ad banner and send you a mail, but since you are getting regular clicks i think your banners should be more effective then.
