That's a bit of a loaded question!
Do you have any specific questions? There are a zillion things to do which you can learn by reading through the threads here. Once you do that, please feel free to ask about anything you're unclear on.

Welcome to the forums gifts4ever! :hi:
I just looked at your home page and have a few suggestions:
1. Take Advisors advice and read up in these forums as much as possible. You'll learn a bunch. Then ask specific questions.
2. Understand that one key way to get good targeted traffic is to only use a set of 2-3 keyphrases for each page you are optimizing. Then repeat that process for other sets of 2-3 keyphrases for each other unique page. This allows you to get good rankings for individual search terms on unique pages.
3. Research your keyphrases here (http://www.wordtracker.com).
4. Study up in here on how to correctly format your TITLE tag. Don't put your business name ar catch-phrase at the front of this tag. Use your 2-3 keyphrases in order of importance, and if you must use your business name, put it at the end.
5. Study up in here on how to format your META Description tag as well.
6. Same goes for your META Keywords tag. Don't stuff it full of words as you now have it. spread all those keywords out over other unique pages in your site and only concentrate 2-3 keyphrases for each page.
7. Content is King. For each unique page you're optimizing, make sure you use the keyphrases you used in your TITLE, KEYWORDS and DESCRIPTION tags in the body of the page.
8. Code. try to get the actual textual body content as close to the top of the code as possible. Put any scripts in an external file.
This should get you started.
Good luck!
