Google problem

Hey ppl
I wanted to purchase an Adwords for my site..
After filling in all the details about the keywords, price etc. Google was suppose to send me a verification email . but its been around 10 hrs now & i havent still received it. Any idea how long it takes ???
btw the email address specified is 100% correct

Well, my verificatin email came within about 15 minutes. You'd better email Google, cuz something might be wrong.

It should be immediate. So perhaps your email server is blocking google adword's address? I would try it again, and then if you still don't get it, contact your email server people.

Yep, if they charged your card then you did not receive their email. Contact them.

I got my response immediately as well from adwords-support@google.com

Your response time can be influenced by your mail delivery time as specified in your email client options. Mine is set for every 15 mins. Unless you are using a web based email system, then it should be pretty much immediate as well. OR make sure you have that email account included when checking for email.

Another long shot, if you are on the road traveling with your laptop, and leave your email client on back at the office/home without having the "leave a copy on server" option checked.

Or just email adwords-support@google.com
