Looksmart's express submit started asking for the correct category that you think your page should be in if listed in the directory.
They started this about 1 1/2 months ago.
What this means is that you can "suggest" a category just like you can "suggest" a description and title.
The editor will read your input but will put the page in the appropriate category regardless of where you think it goes.
