Hi,

i have just started an seo campaign for a new client of mine and i'm puzzled at the relationship between overture and msn.co.uk.

Does anyone have any idea as to why certain ppc overture listings appear in msn.co.uk and others do not. To be more specific i have an a/c with overture for this client, namely www.group4falckgsl.com

I have bid on a phrase "pfi" and we show up under sponsored listings which is fine.

As well as numerous others i have also bid on some corporate phrases (to increase brand awareness), i.e "group 4" and "global solutions" but for some reason these are not showing up. Global solutions does appear but this is from the directory listings from looksmart.

Anybody have any ideas?

I don't know the answer to your question but did see this:

That site is in complete iFrames on EVERY page. NO way to optimize it at all and will remain invisible in the search engines. Hard to believe why they would do that. No wonder they have to pay ppc to be found.

Hi and thanks for the quick response. Yes i have raised the issue with the iframes, they have 2 home pages one flash which is the iframe page and one normal html. In due course i will be addressing this issue along with a few more.

Still the overture - msn problem is still puzzling me. I wondered if msn were updating their site/database.??

i will leave it until tomorrow then if there is still no change i will send them a email. (overture uk)
