Is it recommended practice to insert keyword phrases into your internal links to boost your chances of higher ranking?

e.g. I came across a phrase with a KEI of 441 and another couple with scores of 174 and 171 .

1. "ergonomic chairs designs"
2. office furniture
3. home office furniture

In short is it O.K. to set up a number of internal links as follows:-

A. <a href="ergonomic-chairs-designs-index.html"> OR
B. <a href="office_furniture_aboutus.html">

Greg it's not the file name of the link that helps you rank high, but the clickable words in the hyperlink.

So if you had a page about ergonomic chairs and you wanted it to rank high, a good way to help (and to help your users also) would be to link to that page with hyperlinks that said "ergonomic charis" where'd you'd be able to click that part of the link.
