We have attempted to submit some sites to GoGuides.org recently and I keep getting an error when I click on submit. It says "Not a valid session" I don't want to keep submitting the same site over and over again. I even cleared my cache and deleted all my cookies and it still won't work. Just wondering if there has been a problem with the site or am I doing something wrong. I contacted Goguides technical support, but I just thought possibly someone in the forum might be able to help. Thanks.

It should be fine - what category are you submitting to?

Sorry for not posting sooner. Busy Busy.

Your submission should be fine now. Some restructuring of code was being done. The Add Url feature was off and on while work was done.

Thanks for your help. It seems to be working now. I was submitting a site to the B2B computer software category. And I got two emails from you guys over the weekend which I am appreciative of. You guys are definetly more responsive then Yahoo or DMOZ and I am actually a Dmoz editor!

I just tried to post my site and got a "suggestion not accepted" at the top of the return page. Did I do something wrong or is it another error on the site?

Hi Grumpy,

If it was the url in your sig, it means that it has already been added to the database and awaits review by the topic's guide.

What is the typical response time for inclusion? I noticed that the Games > Gambling directory did not have an editor. Will it be looked at by other editors?

Response times are varying at the moment so it's hard to say. Some areas are faster than others. There is a lot of restructuring of Topics going on so some of the reviewing resources are dedicated to that right now.

However, this is being done to speed things up later.

Your site will be reviewed by other guides. We have a group of guides that float to cover all the topics that need help.
