in a link exchange agreement between the "Website Promotion
Directory" http://www.website-promotion-directory.com and your
site, diy-seo.com.
The Website Promotion Directory is a pay-per-performance website
promotion & development specific search engine, and in exchange
for including a link to our directory on your site, I would like
to offer you a $50 or $250 advertising account completely free.
As our minimum bid per click is only $0.01, a $250 account deposit
will provide you with enough ammunition to receive as many as
25,000 *highly targeted* visitors completely free (assuming you
only make the minimum bid on keywords).
If you're interested here's what I need you to do (it will only
take a couple minutes)...
1) Visit our linking options page and select a method to link
back to our site. You'll find that page here:

2) Implement the linking method of your choice on your website.
If you place the link on your main index.htm page you will receive
a $250 account deposit completely free. If you place the link on
any other publicly accessible page on your site you will receive
a $50 account deposit completely free.
3) Sign up for an advertising account at the following URL (this
will give you access to the member's area where you can select the
keywords you would like your listing to appear under, etc.):

4) Once you have done the above, reply to this email and send it
back to me with the following information:
* Your Advertising Account Username.
* A link to the page on your site where you have included our link.
..once I have this information I will credit your account with
either $250 or $50 depending upon which option you chose.
Please note as part of this strategic arrangement you agree that
you will keep your link to our directory on your site for 3 months
(we will check regularly to ensure this is the case).
If you decide to remove your link prior to this without writing to
us and without just cause, then your account will be deleted and
all remaining free advertising funds will be forfeit.
If after 3 months time you decide to remove the link then that
that's fine. We appreciate the fact that you might not want to keep
it on your site permanently, and your advertising account will
remain intact and available as our thank you for strategically
partnering with us.
