How often do Ask Refresh?

I have never seen a change this big in my results on Ask, it all happened in the last couple of days, I was concentrating so much on Google, Ask just snook up behind when I wasn't looking lol.

So why is this then? and what have they done to put my site and other EX top sites for the same keyword to the likes of page four and five. I will get 10% of the traffic if I'm lucky I was getting last week!

Seems strange. Could anyone give any tips on how to be more successful with ASK Jeeves and Teoma of course.
