topic co-ordinator

Hello i sent an email to topicscommittee@goguides.org about 5 days ago trying to find who the topic co-ordinator is in my regional cat so i can start adding topics before my regional index gets too bloated with results.. haven't recieved a reply back yet anyone on here higher up and can check for me?? :/
my cat i edit is regional->oceania->australia->western australia
or anyone know email addy whos active and i should be contacting??
