Search Engine Listings

Who do search engine continue to carry the same title and descriptions for my web pages even though I have made changes to the web pages and have re-submitted the URLs after the changes have been made.

Search engines will not update your title and descriptions in your listings until they come back and respider/re-index your pages.

Some engines update daily/almost-daily, as others like alta vista don't update for many, many months...

Just wait for the spiders to come a knockin' again and then they will find your title, description, content changes...

Work on getting links coming into your site. Get into dmoz, goguides, joeant, etc first. No need to resubmit.
