Well, the best search engine is terra, in directory no admits non spanish sites, but in the search engines admit all

In ya.com, admits non english site that have the description in spanish

Trovator, didn't admit non spanish site, but i tried to make a search in english, and appears english sites (i don't knoow)

The other no admits non spanish sites.

Resume, for non spanish sites, the better you can do is submit to terra.
