Spam email

I signed up for a couple of Aerosmith BBs using aerosmitten @****.*** and this is the address I now get a dozen spam emails a day, I deleted that POP3. The culprits are either http://pub88.ezboard.com/baerobuds or http://bbs.sonymusic.com/wwwthreads.pl?action=list&Board=aerosmith&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5. So don't use your real email address when signing up at either of the above boards, my quess is that it's the first mentioned.
