Hi all. New to this board and relatively new to designing. For my new business site I used a template and added the graphics, text, etc. all myself.

I guess my question is, do you find my site easy to navigate and does it get confusing at any point? This is my new online business and want to make it as easy as possible for visitors to get around and of course get to the order page :)

I just got accepted into Yahoo and hope traffic will increase, but I think I need most of my pages better optimized for keywords. Any good sources or tips on the best way to optimize a page or pages? Any trustworthy services that will do this for you?

Thanks for your time.
Jay

Hi jv63! :hi:

I think your site is very nice looking and easily navigable. I saw nothing confusing at all.

You could improve on your code though as it's bloated due to the use of the template. Things such as making scripts external.

Otherwise, it's a very nice looking site!

Looks good! Welcome :hi:

I think it is a very nice design. My only comment would be all the stuff at the bottom. How about moving the site counters and Bible search to the side bar with your other non-related items?

Be aware that religous affiliations displayed on a business site will probably cause extreme reactions in some- some will buy because of it and some will not return because of it. If you feel really strongly, of course, leave it there. But on a business page, you may want to focus on your business and create a personal page or About Me on the site for the other information.

Other than that, the navigation is clean and well-presented and I think a user would have no trouble finding more information or the order page.

Great job!

I took your suggestion and removed the Bible lookup tool. There's a place and time for everything and I rather not shy away any potential customers by imposing my beliefs when they came looking for nutritional supplements.

I'll have to work on my code and see if I can move some things to external scripts.

Thanks again

Very nice looking site. The colors work well, and it's very easy to read. I also liked the Eagle graphic on the left side navigation menu, nice touch. :)

On a Mac using IE5.1 in 800x600 res there's some horizontal scrolling needed.
There's also quite a bit of empty white space to the right of the nav bar.
