Hi Gang, and here's my gripe list, Why I did not buy from your website.
1. Your demo's on your product software don't work.
2. Too many broken links on your web site, could not get all the information.
3. You don't use the industry language to describe your service or product or if foreign your translation needs improvement in order for others to understand.
4. Your warranty says you don't stand behind anything you sell, no written guarantee and I am just SOL if I purchase from you.
5. Your site was last updated sometime in 1999
6. You are not competitive market pricing and go way overboard on cost
7. I have no idea what kind of followup support you provide
8. You don't display a price until I have entered my credit card information.
9. You have no customer recommendations that I can verify
10. I have no clue where you are, you have no telephone number on your site and nothing but an autoresponder e-mail
11. you never answered my e-mail that had legitimate questions about your product.
12. You began spamming my e-mail with crap and still never answered my e-mail.
There, now I feel better. Just wanted some of you to understand why I have not spent a few thousand at your website when developng a new project.
