Spanish Search Engines

Hi,

I'm trying to promote a Spanish website and not sure which Spanish/Latin search engines are out there. I know of Google Espanol and Yahoo Espanol, are these the same exact directories but only translated?

Does anyone know of some Spanish SEs that would help get my site found in Puerto Rico? Also trying to tap into the US latino market. Any advice will help, thank you.

Also wondering if I had submitted a Spanish site to english Google, should I be searching for a submit page in the Google Espanol cause I cant find one for some reason.

Same thing for Yahoo Espanol?

For Yahoo and Google, all others will be eventually picked up if you submit to English.
