Looksmart and session id's... [Archive] - SEO Best Practices Search Engine Forums

I have had this ip address of the host 209.249.67.107.looksmart.net on my site for the last few days going from page to page. I'm assuming it's being indexed by looksmart. The first few days the pages it visited were fine without any session variables. Now all the pages it visits has a session variable, i.e. /faq.php?osCsid=9f488ecb14605e1f184db371404b1e8d

I know some crawlers have problems indexing these, and some don't. Does anyone know about Looksmart?

Looksmart does not crawl that I am aware. I would not worry about any bot from them at all as they are strictly a PPC advertising agency. They may just be checking to make sure the site is still online.
