As others have mentioned before, the design is fairly good.
However, I think that it is with some level of irony that a site called bannerunivers.com does not have a banner on it.
just my .02 cents

Looks very nice however, when viewing 1024x768 there is a lot of black space on the right.
Also, the page is a wee bit slow loading?

You can make the age so it adjusts itself to the screensize but setting the margin width to 100%. Your top bar is an image so what you could do there is cut it off right behind the logo and cut a vertical piece off the top bar which you can turn into a background image. This way the top bar of your site will adjust itself too if you set it t0 100%

I like the look of the front page, but several of the links are giving me 404's:
- About Us (left side navigation set)
- Banner Ads (top navigation set)
-Logos (top navigtation set)
Just thought you should know...

Just a personal opinion - but the black background page which loads first before the rest of the images come in is a little offputting. [/I] could be a 'warez' page or - heaven forbid - an adult site coming up" [/I] is what ran through my mind briefly.
How about a deep midnight blue instead of the black.??
Also you need to think about what you are offering your visitors in your front page copy - it reads just a bit flat. "What's in it for them?" to make them want to click on further.

I'd just say that it looks good, but I am glad I have a broadband connection. If I actually notice a page loading at this speed, it would worry me a bit about what a dial-up user is going to see.
