Stick figures

Can someone explain the little stick figures? I couldn't find anything on the site. I assume it is a rating, but how does it work?

You are correct. It is a rating system based on editor opinion. Here are the general guidelines:

3 - Cream of the crop. Contains an abundance of information on the topic. Site is quick to load, pleasing to the eye and easy to navigate. May contain additional content such as chat, discussion forums or commerce. Is usually updated on a regular basis so that information is current and reliable.

2 - Overall, a good site. Informative, but not as comprehensive or visually appealing as a 3.

1 - Quality site but average content. Worth the visit, but 2 and 3 ppl rated sites are better.
