Goto still selling 1 cent clicks to certain clients

Goto's 5cent minimum apparently desn't apply to everyone.
The proof? Search for "world trade center" on goto.
Sears is sitting at #2 for 1cent, a listing that was NOT created before 5cent minimum kicked in....

Goto made their 5-cent-minimum rule earlier this year. They said that they would grandfather old bids below that level until this month. As September approached, however, they changed their mind and instituted a "grandfathered until further notice" policy. No one can enter a new bid or change an existing one to an amount less than 5 cents but many old ones still abound and probably will for quite some time.
