I've posted here before, and in an anti G way. Well, I've got more. Adwords is a USDA choice ripoff. I never looked at what they are doing under a microscope till here recently. Basic bottom line, they are not refunding overclicks as advertised. This shows up most around Nov through today, with the holiday span being the worst. In my case, there is not a lot of money involved, but since they obviously do it to everyone, they are making an absolute killing. Going over the past 6 months with a fine tooth comb showed a substantial amount of overclicks/money not refunded as should be. Upon complaining through email, an answer was given, "we never overcharge our adword customers". Ha! BS! I got the proof and we'll see G in the courtroom soon. Anyway, this is simply a wakeup call to adwords people to check your online G records and bank statements carefully and daily, and DO NOT take for granted that G is taking care of you while you're not looking. Dont let G get away with this BS! Do something about it! Stop payments, sue in small claims, whatever it takes. If they stop and deny your ad because of it, sue em again. Make em give your money back and end the free ride for G!

Google has VERY good support for it's AdWords customers. Call them about any problems.

I know this as I was there last week and saw/heard the phone ring about AdWords. It ain't hard waterbug. You should try it instead of beating a very dead horse about lawsuits. Frivolous suits at that doing nothing but wasting our taxpayer dollars. Yours and my dollars. I don't like it at all.

Ok, so post a number for a live person. It aint advertised. There is no live support, only email, and on their terms, end of story.

Take care to also notice that frequently an adwords ad on top of the list to the right will periodically jump back and forth from the premium spots on the top of the page. Is that fair for premium sponsers to have adwords customers jumping back and forth from the premium listings? Whos gettin ripped? Most everyone is in one way or another!
