Hi!
I have been busy completing two websites one related to Jobs ( www.123oye.com ) and one on Indian Natural Stones for an export company ( www.chariotinternational.com ).
I would request all of you out there to have a look on both and give your detailed comments on the design, concept and anything you feel is lacking and if possible the positive and negative things of the sites.

Hi Maninder! :hi:
Love your logo! Did you design it yourself?
OK, here goes:
On the Jobs site:
Your home page looks great at 800x600 but at 1024x768 the **** bar (with the date, etc.) flows past the set table widths below it to the far right of the page. I would make it the same width as the tables below so that it stops at the right edge of the box containing the guy with the bulging eyes.
I would think about making all your pages the same width, as now, some of them have horizontal scroll at 800x600.
Your use of colors, I think, could be done better (on the home page). I would use only colors that are in the Logo Guy. I think that would tie in the site better.
For instance, the "Suggest a Category" button's color is not related to any other color on the site. The two containing boxes for the ads should be in the same color.
Maybe even the text links could be in a more standout color to match the logo - like the dark blue?
The colors and text in the two shaded boxes ("Checkout the Jobs....", and " ...seconds left until..."), as well, should be tied in with the color scheme in the logo.
Rather than using a horizontal rule as a separator between the paragraphs of text and the directory links, I might consider using a shaded box. Possibly, bring down the **** shaded box at the top (Jobs Careers ....etc.) as the separator, keeping the shaded box with the time in it at the top to stretch all the way across to the edge of the table. This could be carried out as a theme throughout the page and the site.
I think it needs more textual content which sould be informational, and pertain to each shaded box heading.
I noticed that the logo changes sizes from the home page to the inner pages. The logo on the home page is somewhat less clear (looks squished) than the other logos. If you are using HTML to size the logo on the home page smaller, that's probably the reason. Rather, you should resize the image in a graphics editing program to the smaller size for the home page.
All I have time for right now.

Hi Mani,
Good job overall. :)
The www.123oye.com site is looking good, with the exception of the categories layout may need some more work (as Blue pointed out).
If you are in need of a simple layout to display the categories in a more aesthetic manner, please PM me and I'll give you a copy of the layout I have used in all of my search engines. OK?
The color in the top nav is just a bit too bright. Maybe that could be toned down a bit or perhaps pull in another color from the logo?
The www.chariotinternational.com is looking just fine. I love the logo! :) The color scheme of the site is nice also, as well as the layout. You did a splendid job on it. :)

Oh Good Luck with it Mani, really. :) I wish you all the best!
As soon as you PM me ... I'll get back to you with the layout later today. It's Sunday, and I am taking the day off. :) So, I have plenty of time to go ahead and send you the categories layout. Hope it helps you.

Ooops ... yeah, I forget about the time difference all the time. Well whenever you get to it, is fine. OK?
I'll try and help you out with it as much as possible. The first time I ever did a search engine, I went through so many different layouts trying to get the categories and sub-catgeories to look right.
The way I do it now, is how I have been doing it for 3 years and do it that way on all of the SE's I own.

www.chariotinternational.com
Hi Mani,
Had a look over this site and have a couple of criticisms you might like to consider.
The details of information about each type of stone is set to a fixed scrolling up the page so that it does not give the reader time to absorb what is written.
Speed is O.K. if you were just doing a quick scan but it became annoying "FOR ME" being an older person. Also having been involved in owning slate quarries and mining slate myself in my younger days I was intereseted in reading up on the technical notes but they disappeared too quickly.
A couple of other comments I will address tomorrow as it is getting late here in Oz and I am off to ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. cu
