Has anyone noticed that the Lycos Adbuy Suggestion tool, brings different phrases than Google or Word Tracker?

I think it is a pretty bad tool. If you try with the keyword "car" you end up with suggestion like:

card
cartoon
careers
carrefour
care
etc...

Not exactly relevant...

The tool is good if you are targeting Lycos...It gives you an idea of how many times that particular keyword and keyword combinations were searched for the previous month...

For cars, try typing in the word with a space after it...

u need to login in your adbuyer account. The interface is exactly the same with the one of findwhat.
