Bug on JoeAnt

Right, I think I have found a bug in JoeAnt.

When trying to search for a two keyword phrase I tend to use Quote Marks on SE's in case a site recognises that these words should be found together.

Using this on JoeAnt, I've found it returns a SERP but in the search box is this:

\"keyword phrase\"

Not a problem until you try to click on one of the links to see, say, page 2 of the results.

The link shows in the status bar as:

"http://www.joeant.com/DIR/search.php?keywords=\"

and returns a page like this (http://www.joeant.com/DIR/search.php?keywords=\) :eek:

i did try and get in touch with JA but can't find a contact us link anywhere on the homepage, and no one seems to be checking their emails based on this boards user-profiles for the owners. :confused:

anyway, hope they can sort this!! :)

It's a bug we hope to fix with our boolean queries upgrade. That's the only reason we've left the quotation marks' alone for now. The URL in the address bar will be addressed at that time. I appreicate you notifying us. I just ran a search in our keyword database and it does look like a lot of others tend to use them as well. Might have to quick fix this for the time being. Thanks again.
