Would you please provide your input on content, design, credibility of this site.
It is directed narrowly toward real estate investing and broadly toward business opportunity.
Site seeks to sell through content to those that find the site using search engines. Submitted index page to DMOZ a few weeks ago.
My website tools tell me that several pages recently indexed by google.

Hi quick! :hi:
I like your color scheme and the graphics in the upper left look great. All your text is legible and your headers stand out perfectly.
Now, on to the flip-side:
First, on several pages (Condo Investing and Mortgage Rates were two that I found), your page widths are out of whack. The left justification of the text flows under your navbar, and the pages are too wide giving you the dreaded horizontal scroll (at 800x600 resolution). You need to design for a minimum of 800x600 resolution.
Next, your left justification of text is not consistent. Check the difference between spacing on your Home page and the Commercial Broker page (the space between the left of the text and the navbar). This happens at both 800x600 and 1024x768.
Lastly, I would suggest that you either keep all your pages at a fixed width (say 750 pixels or so) or make them auto-stretch (page width 100%), so as to keep uniformity throughout the site.
OK, so the paragraph above wasn't the last item.... I would squish down the width on some of the text in your navbar buttons so they don't flow over the right hand edge, especially the Commercial Broker button.
Other than the above easy fixes, I think your layout is clean and easy to navigate (though one page was missing the navbar alltogether).
Note: Phil Hendrie is sheer genius :D !

My comments are the same as Blue's (really like the design & color scheme)
Where you have the articles of interest enumerated it's laid out as follows:
1)some text
2)some text
3)some text
You should put a space between the number and text in this manner:
1) Some text
2) Some text
3) Some text
You can easily do this using either ordered list
or unordered list

Using
will produce a bullet next to the item
Using
will produce a number next to the item

Some text

Some text

Some text

This may be something you already knew ... or perhaps not. But, if you knew this already ... there may be other readers here who might not and the information would be useful.
Also, you might wish to consider adding a sitemap to your site to make it easier for it to be deep crawled by the SE's for some of the information that's one and two levels off root and not connected to the main index page.
Adding the link to the sitemap from the index page will help the spiders to find it faster and get as much of the meat from your site as possible.
