Is there a method to overlay or personalize an exterior site's page without using frames? Here's my dilemna:
I have a site that uses an afilliate link to provide quotes and process sales, but the affiliate's page is kind of unattractive, so I think it might be hurting my conversion rate. If I use frames, the agent/affiliate code gets stripped off and I don't get credit for the sale.:(
Is there a way to "overlay" the affiliate page with my own graphics or text while leaving the afilliate URL intact? Or a way to bring a second sites page into a table? Layers?
Anyone here "been there, done that"?
Thank you,
Mason
PS - I'm not trying to steal content - I already asked the administrator of that site if I could try to modify it's display until they come up with a customizible solution.
