Hi All,
I am looking at building some reciprical links on my site with some of our customers. On each page we have quotes from satisfied customers at the bottom. This is were I want to have the link going out, then I am going to ask them for a link coming back to the page with that quote on it.

My first question is will these links be of any use to our site since few of our customers are in the IT industry?

The second problem I have is that our quotes are revolving. (If you go to our website and then click on refresh you will see what I mean.)

Is it possible to have the link to the other company revolving with the quote, and if so will the search engine spiders pick up on it.

Thanks,

Greg

The will help you less then a link from a related website will do. But yes it will help a bit. No incoming link is a bad link. (unless it is from a spam site)

Yes that is possible. But it is harder for Search engines to pick up on it. I think the search engine spider would just go by the link displayed at the time it visits. But I am not 100% sure about that. But why not just create a regular link that stays there?
