Search123 - Where are the results featured?

We can't afford Overture new minimum rate, so would like to advertise with Search123, as they are supposed to be a major PPCSE provider. But I can't see where the search listings are featured.

Their http://www.search123.com/affiliate/currenttrapart.html partners page mentions companies like Netzero and Juno, but they just feature Overture ads. Furthermore, I can't see any search listings at everyone.net

So where are the results listed? Are they mainly 404 pages and defunct sites, which generally provide extremely poor quality traffic?

I've never heard of them. I suggest using a ppc engine that is at least legitimate.

They seem to rely on affiliate sites for their traffic. That's a very bad thing.
