She seems to further muddy the waters by using SE compliant in terms of Flash and Frames.

Well the article brings interesting views. Again people will never agree about ethics as it is so relative.
Do so called ethical SEO remains ethical when optimizing a scam website? Is that unethical to use shadow technics when the technic is non deceptive and benefit both to SE relevancy and user, and then website owner? (I dont speak about cloacking but workarounds for flash/frame/javascript websites and zebra pages for competitive websites)
