Looking For Guyide/List of all PPC Partners-Results?

HI Folks:

I found this very informative web page which shows all the major PPCSEs, their Search Partners and how Search Results appear:

Tha only problem is that it is dated last September. And the emial address for that site is no longer valid.

Any know where I can get more current info, on one page or one web site?
