Hi,

I know that meta tags like Title, Description and Keywords really makes an important role in search engines to get more rankings. Is there any thing like "Meta Keyword Phrases", because i have seen in our competitors site that they have meta keywrods and meta keywords phrases separately.

Does it not bring any harm or spam by the spiders?

waiting for ur reply soon.

Good Day........

Hi Saravanan :hi:

"Meta Keyword Phrases" just refer to using keyword phrases in your META Keywords tag rather than just single keywords. For example, if you were trying to promote a Boston hotel chain, you would use targeted keyword phrases that people are likely to type in such as "Boston hotels" or "5 star Boston hotels" rather than the single generic keyword "hotels".

There is no such thing as a META Keywords Phrase tag. If your competitor has used such a tag they are ill-informed. You just put your keyword phrases within your META Keywords tag. Hope this helps!

FYI -

The TITLE tag is not a META tag.

Both TITLE, and META are Document Structure Tags.

Can I send you to my post at: http://www.ihelpyouservices.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1639 where I list the common tags that I use and a few optional ones that I use on some sites?
