Here another one for all of you to view and give your critical views. I know there are lots of negatives in this like Black Background, frames etc but your detailed views would be highly useful for me.

The black background is not bad for this type of website, I kinda like this classy touch. I dont dislike frame neither.
Design is globaly nice.

The reproach I would do is that texts are graphics and not true text. First, it doesnt look very nice imho as there is some aliasing or compression artifacts. Secondly u know the consequences in term of SEO ;) and also one cannot choose its text size which is not good for viewing on high resolution or for disabled persons.

Took a little while to load and I'm not on a dial-up. Was also a bit confused b/c i had to find the little wheel/loading button to click on. In situations like this, usually the entire page/graphic is linked...

I would possibly do away with that first (loading) page as it offers no content...and doesn't offer naything that can't be easily seen on the next page.

I do like the overall design and the black background.

I also agree with French Dread about the text images being changed to actual text...
