Hi Tina,
I don't quite understand your question, but I'll take a shot at providing you with the info you need.
First, you have to do keyword research to come up with the most relevant and specific keyword phrases (not keywords) that relate to your site.
Then you can use all of the ones that apply to your site, just not all on the same page. Choose two or three phrases per page and base the copy around them. If you try to write your copy based on any more than that, you'll end up diluting them all and not getting any high rankings.
Good luck!

Hi Tina,
I noticed one thing in your question (and a previous one) and that is that you are mixing up web site and web page.
Search Engines search for and index web pages, not Web Sites. So optimization is done per page, not per site. You can have a site where some pages rank high and some low. The goal is to get the searchers to your site, it doesn't really matter via which page. Most visitors, if they are interested, will look for the start page anyway, once they saw the page they found.
So, as Jill explained, optimize each page for a few phrases only. Also keep in mind that when you explain everything in 1 page, your reader won't understand or will be overwhelmed and click that little cross at the top right of the browser.
Succes!
Peter
