i had purchased a looksmart listing
but they have chaged my description and it does not show up any whr.

do they allow a small amount of time to appeal against this chage with out an update fee.

the description i had requested was a description which an editor at LS had used when it was listed in zeal b4 the site was removed (long story)

so i thght tht the original description (in zzeal) met with thet guidelines.

but LS has changed the decription ow
wht to i do ? (other than the update few)

I don't know. I would email them to find out how to change the description. I would think you have about one month.

I believe you have 30 days to try to get it changed.

LS does give you one months time.

and they have changed the description as I had requested.

BUt one doubt.

the newer descriptopn shows in MSN and about,

but on LS it still shows the old description.

any suggestions.

Don't worry about it, nobody actually searches at LookSmart.

as i had read some whr here
paths with "?" or some other symbols may not get read by robots.

since the page whr my listing appears has a few of these symbols does tht mean google or other engines may not pick up these links?
