multiple users on an IP

Can you help me?

Now that Craig (F-S) is a member of The Karcher Group, he would like to register as an editor, however, he is being denied because we are on similar IP's.

Is this to prevent more than one editor per company (IP)? Or are there other guidelines for this? Can we have two editors from one company?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Matt

I can't help you other than to tell you to post on our internal board. I know the system was setup to keep editors from having multiple accounts but I don't know if there is a way for two people on the same IP to have separate accounts. This issue came up when two brothers wanted an account and I'm not sure how that was solved. If you post on our board someone may be able to help you. If there is a way, I doubt it will get posted in a public forum, if you know what I mean. ;)
