Two months ago I subscribed 3 pages to inktomi via positiontech, here' the urls:
page 1 (http://www.italianwinetours.com/venice-wines.html)
page 2 (http://www.italianwinetours.com/tuscany-wines.html)
page 3 (http://www.italianwinetours.com/)
Now searching for "wine tours italy" in MSN.com I found page1 and page2 ranking 8 and 6 respectively but I can't find page 3 neither in position 1th nor 100th...
I'm sure that 1 month ago the page were well ranked and my positiontech account says "ok" for all the 3 pages.
Maybe a new penalty for the <noframes> tag ?

What makes you think it's penalized. You don't get promised any ranking, just that you get your page in.

Because I'm quite sure that one month ago the page was in the top ten for "wine tours italy"...
Can you tell me if you find the page someway "ugly" for the engine?
Title and description are similar at the other two pages and should be ok, at least for that keyphrase
The noframes section (the page is a frameset)... Oh well, that sectioon it's written mainly for engines, but after all who's really using a no-frame browser nowaday? :)
Thanks in advance

Well, you are the very expert here :)
Could you please tell me if that frameset is really that bad?
Except for the black'n white aspect and the h1 tag it should be an effective information page, with a description of the services and links to the other pages of the site.
I don't really think it can be considered spam.
But it's not really important what "I" think about it

I don't need to look at your page to tell you. You already answered your own question.
If you design a page only for the search engines, it's generally considered spam.

Guess You're right :)
I'll try some changes to make the page more "human-friendly" and I'll wait 48 hours...
