Please review for SEO. PLEASE!!!

First off I would like to thank everybody who helped with the new look to my site. Here is the thread http://www.ihelpyouservices.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=7377 .

I am very thankful I was able to locate this forum and recieve the professional help I needed.

Now that the site looks and functions much cleaner I am looking for some SEO pointers to help my with the SERPS.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance for any help given.

Hi Derek-

The site is looking good!

First recommendation: on your site map, instead of using the filename as the link text, use text that describes the page. For example, instead of "Aboutus.cfm" use "About MavPac". If wouldn't hurt to add a short sentence beneath that as well: "Find out more about MavPac Equipment and Films".

The / in your text is kind of confusing as well; ie, /Buy or Sell/ . How about dropping the / before and after?
