Support at FindWhat

Hi all,

I am in the early throws of a FindWhat campaign. Over a week ago I sent an email to their "support" staff via the online form. Still no response. I was just wondering if this is the norm?

Yep, it's the norm.

They often don't respond to emails at all and we have to keep sending them :(

Why don't you guys try this 1-888-882-3178, they seem to have very friendly staff and eager to answer your questions, at least in my case that is.

BTW, I hate emails, especially when I need an answer fast.

Email is the best medium ever after the telephone. However, it allows crooks, scoundrels and the inefficient to hide behind its anonymity.

I'm sick of writing several emails to so-called honorable businesses to get a response. These same shmucks think they are so cool running multi-million dollar corporations when they don't even care about their customers/advertisers.

If they don't know how to run an online operation they should go back to what they were doing before.

Might not be making any friends at FindWhat by doing this, but heck, they should be delivering solid customer service...
