Hey guys,

Does anyone have a good email address for getting my title and directory listing changed on yahoo?

I would be very careful about changing things. Unless you have a very good reason to do so, I would not. Your title has to be your business name for one thing. Yahoo has been known to delete listings for requesting that kind of change.

I do not know of a good address. Have you checked on the site? I am sure there is one.

the listing is under "Captain Adam Ridgeway"
but the logo title of the site is "Charleston Fishing Guide" This is also the name of the charter service.

This has changed since I first listed the site in Yahoo and I think it is a reasonable request that the title be changed as well.

However, "Charleston Fishing Guide" is not the title listed within the title tag.

Okay. Does not matter about your title tag as Yahoo does not care about that. If your name is that then yes, you can request a change and they should accomodate you.

Be very polite and praise them in your email.

Obviously, getting a change from Yahoo can be difficult, but it undoubtedly is a result of so many people making requests that violate the guidelines.
